Master Instructor Michael R. March currently
holds a 6th Dan (Degree) Midnight
Blue / Black Belt. He has successfully competed in numerous Local, National,
and International competitions.
Master
Instructor Mike March is a skilled Martial Artist who has learned to blend
motivation, experience, and skill in a passionate and professional manner. His
teaching style has provided incentive to all who meet him.
In 1965, he began
training in the art of Tang Soo Do with Master David J. Praim.
He was a member of the noted Korean Karate Clubs, Inc., Competition and
Demonstration Team and the elite Karate Institute Competition Team. During
that period he won over 180 State, National, and International trophies in the
Midnight Blue/Black Belt division. He was the captain of the "Detroit
All-Stars", undefeated Midwest National Black Belt Team. They were
nationally ranked in fighting competition, undefeated in 4-years, and won a
combined total of 800 trophies.

personally trained with Grand Master Hwang
Kee, the Founder of Moo Duk Kwan ~ Tang Soo Do, and was promoted to 4th Dan by
him in 1976.
He holds a Bachelor's
Degree in Education with Majors: Biology and Physical Education and a Master's
Degree in Educational Leadership and a Master's Degree in Physical Education.
Master March is the
Founder and President of the United States Korean Karate Association. He
has promoted well over 100 students to the rank of 1st Dan.
